13.2. Spectral Densities Menu

 

Spectral density describes how the variance of the chosen data is distributed over the frequency components into which data may be decomposed. 

These options allow the user to display values for these properties.

13.2.1. Exitance

This option shows the radiant exitance (the radiant flux emitted by a surface per unit area) of a surface per unit wavelength.

The Spectral Exitance box allows the user to modify the results representation:

  • Multime View: If more than one result has been generated, the user can select the file to be visualized.
  • Animation: If more than one result has been generated, the user can display all the files during the indicated time. 
  • Lambda: User can specify the divisionsof the lambda.
  • Distances: If more than one result has been generated, the user can select the radiance to be visualized.
  • Spectral Info: The user can display information about geometry surfaces selecting them while holding the Ctrl key.

  • Show Axis check box: Checking this option, axis representation appears on the representation scene.
  • Show geometry: Mesh lines appear over the geometry representation.

  • Sea surface: Checking the sea surface appears on the representation scene.

13.2.2. Radiance

This option shows the radiance (the radiant flux emitted, reflected, transmitted or received by a surface, per unit solid angle per unit projected area) of a surface per unit wavelength.

The Spectral Radiance box allows the user to modify the results representation:

  • Multime View: If more than one result has been generated, the user can select the file to be visualized. 
  • Animation: If more than one result has been generated, the user can display all the files during the indicated time. 
  • Distances: If more than one result has been generated, the user can select the radiance to be visualized.
  • Spectral Info: The user can display information about geometry surfaces selecting them while holding the Ctrl key.

  • Multime View: If more than one result has been generated, the user can select the file to be visualized. 
  • Animation: If more than one result has been generated, the user can display all the files during the indicated time. 
  • Camera Coordinates: User can select the coordinates, zoom and distance from the origin of the camera.
  • Spectral Radiant Intensisy Info: The user can display information about geometry surfaces selecting them while holding the Ctrl key.
